    A old member returns

    It's been a long time, probably 2 years, however I'm back. We finally have internet at home.

    A quick update - dh and I are both retired. He retired 2 years ago (after working part time) and I retired this past May. We are debt free with no mortgage and loving it. We do live on a fixed income and at times it's been tough, yet we are loving the freedom of being retired. I just could not clean another toilet, rofl.

    I'm still passionate about quilting and dd and I have taken up scrapbooking. We've been to a couple conventions and had a ball. Between those two, homeschooling, gardening and homesteading I'm pretty busy.

    I look forward to renewing old friendships and making new ones.
