This is our weekend to finish up the basement before MIL and FIL come on Thursday to spend three days here. I need to finish laundry, box up the outgrown clothing items, sweep and dust some. I need to also vacuum the kids' playroom and then dust upstairs as well. We have stuff outside the house to do as well, which isn't so bad because it's nice all weekend. We have to get the winter tires on tomorrow because it's supposed to start snowing more next week.

Our plans for the weekend include:
~Sorting through items we no longer want, need, or use anymore so that they do not go with us to our new home.
~Begin packing items we aren't going to need right now.
~Coloring and cutting my hair.
~Cutting DS#3's hair.
~Catch up on laundry.
~Attending DH's Christmas party Saturday night.
I think that is everything I can think of right now.~*Michelle*~

Too much!
My parents just bought a house, and I am currently renting their old one (which I am hoping to buy next year)
So today I moved all of my STUFF out of a storage shed, and into this packed house.
Tomorrow I am moving all of their stuff out of a storage shed, and moving a bunch of STUFF from this house to the new house.
Then, I need to move all of my STUFF into the house and stop unpacking.
Not to mention, I need to keep up the job hunt, my daughter tracked doggie poo into my new car, my house looks like a bomb went off ...
I just want to sleep.

Dw and I will do our Christmas baking. Ever since MIL died, she has made her cookies for FIL and BIL. We bake all day making several kinds of cookies and quick breads. It works out well since we eat cookies for one day then all of them are boxed up and shipped out.

My DH is working tomorrow (he is editor of a small newspaper and one of the area teams plays for the state football title).
So I have the house to myself.
Therefore I am planning on:
doing laundry
finally clean our second bedroom
mopping the kitchen floor
baking some cookies of a church event on Sunday
On Sunday we have church in the morning and then a christmas carol time in the evening. In the middle of day, I hope to decorate the house for Christmas.Julie

Tonight we went to my dad's. Spent a couple of hours visiting with him, my step-mom and the nieces.
Tomorrow we will probably hit a few yard sales in the morning, the mall by mid-day and then football watchin' in the afternoon and evening. DS and DD have their heart set on ordering a big 50 pack of hot wings from their favorite wing joint, head to grandma and granddaddy's (DH's parents) and watch the games with them.
Sunday I am planning on taking DD and DS's pictures for this year's Christmas cards.
We are also waiting to hear from my uncle as to when the funeral for my aunt will be. If it is going to be Sunday, then we will put off the pictures until Monday or Tuesday.DD (19)
