my internet is down

AT&T and I are going round. They say our computer is bad, I say all of them....at the same time in the same way....blah.

I am about to get ugly with them.

I borrowed my MILS Aircard on her puter to pay my bills because I was PANICED about them lol.

Hope to be back soon.

I can kiss my jujus goodbye. LOL!

I've been wondering where you were! How interesting that At&T are now experts on all of your computers without even looking at them. Sounds like they want you to "upgrade" into something they magically offer.

I'm surprised because I have had the best service with AT@T. Anytime I have had a problem they took care of it fast.

But that does suck. I hope you get it worked out.

Aww, sorry - I have seriously been there, done that (BTDT) - it is no fun at all!! On the up side, however, your house can be really,REALLY clean!

You know what? A couple of years ago our local provider upgraded their DNS servers and I couldn't get anywhere on the net for a long time. You might ask about that......? I hope you get it fixed soon. It's the PITS!

I am wondering how they know YOUR computer is not working, and not simply THEIR network? Good job AT&T for putting off your responsibility on someone else!

When AT&T took over our local phone company, our computer could not get on line either, I called them and explained what was going on and they told me that they had upgraded all the previous companies equipment and my computers modem was no longer compatible!!!!!!!!!!!
So I would have to get a new modem??? I don't think so, considering my computer was BRAND NEW!!!
So then every month after that we started being over charged for this and that, they had changed our calling plan without calling or lettering to let us know, no bills in the mail, no bills in the email, cutting off the phones constantly! We had found a high speed internet provider by now and I checked the email one morning and had a bill from them, so I picked up the phone to pay it and No service, HAHAAAAA they had already cut it off and it was not due for 3 more days!!
So, we switched to T-Mobile, now we have the same # land line that runs through a router on our high speed interent, an emergency phone for the kids and 2 cell phone for us with all the bells and whistles and unlimited family plan everything on them all, and we still pay $30 less a month for all that than we ever did for one stupid phone and nothing but hassles from AT&T!!!

So, I say, tear em a new one girl!!!!!
