It's begining to look a LOT like Christmas...
and MORE
The weather had been odd... day 1 would be near 60... next day would be 30's... yesterday started out around 50 and got colder all morning
Tonight is DD's school concert, and of course... THIS is the day we get hit with snow! Snow today, snow Friday, snow Sunday
I don't care if I have to duct tape a shovel to the front of my little Kia... we ARE going away Monday!!!
How's the weather where you are?

The weather here is as it usually is around Christmas - DULL!!!
You can send some of your snow across here if you like.
I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to have a white Christmas.
Hardly ever happens here.
Have fun tonight at the concert and I hope that you manage to get away on Monday!!!!!*Avril*

We've had sleet and rain the last few days. The high yesterday was in the twenties. All the schools around me were closed except mine, that is 30 miles away so I had to get out in it. Was ok driving as long as you went slow. I was so hoping for some good snow. I need a day at home where I can get some baking done.
Hope you make it to the program.
Stay Warm,
Debbie

It snowed here in Nj last nite the thick wet heavy kind but not too much today it will be rain I wish we had a blizzard so I would have an excuse not to do all things I need to before Christmas none of which are fun but I guess no excuses just keeping my chin up and moving on

It was cold
, really cold. Then it warmed up and
snowed, then last night (while I was driving) it turned to freezing rain
, now it's cold and
again and they are predicting Friday it will zoom up to 40
which will lead to mud. Who know what it will be like by Christmas

We got about 4 inches last night, but I have to say, they've done a pretty good job clearing the roads. They were clear at 5am when I took DH to work!
And Lady_V, I am laughing my rear end off over here at the vision of you driving down the road in a Kia with a shovel duct taped to the front.

Here in Seattle it has been below freezing for days and today the forecast is for 1 to 3 inches of snow. My son's school is closed today and I decided to work from home. It's not a whole lot of snow compared to a lot of places, a dusting of the white stuff will close this city down.

We have a little snow, nothing much but the damn wind is just bitter. It is -5 this morning with a breeze blowing. It wouldn't be so bad if the wind would just stop. It is cloudy and more snow on the way for the next few days. So staying in and staying warm is on the top of the list. And also making sure all the outside critters have some nice warm, dry, straw to bed down in!

We got a few inches here in NW Ohio. It's Puuuuurdy.

But, my DS24 has to drive to Detroit airport to pick up a friend later and I hope the roads are clear then.______

It's been cold with little snow. This morning it's -30C. I love snow at Christmas though. I can't ever remember not having snow for Christmas.

In a weeks time it will be 80 degrees one day and make a drastic decline to the high only being in the low 40's and then start a climb back up to the upper 70's to 80. Typical south/coastal Texas weather for this time of year. Lows range between the mid 50's to the low 30's. It was so cold the other day we had a little sleet/snow flurries flying around in all areas surrounding us in the morning, the day before that it was 79. It's the constant back and forth that kills me. Maybe we'll have another Christmas miracle this year and wake up to a foot of snow again. That was pretty awesome. Yesterday was freezing, today it's supposed to get up to 65.

Cold and white. School's been out the past 2 days. I was hoping to enjoy my week before Xmas vacation w/o the big kids, no such luck. I plan on making cookies with them today to kind of help occupy them.

The high is in the 80's here. It's TOO HOT! Last week, when it was cooler, we were able to get by with just the fans running, no a/c. The a/c is back on today (came on last night) it's just so hot. Yesterday evening, we got home at 8pm, and our thermostat said the house was 78 ... blah!
