Neighbor issues....vent!!!

Its cold and I took my kiddo's down to the bus stop this morning. The corner lot has this woman living on it who has 1309843 cats and 25 dogs, she is always screaming at them, and when I say screaming, I mean like we hear her up here 15 acres away like she were standing right next to us!

While my 7 year old, 9 year old and I were waiting for the bus she started screaming, calling an animal that is apparently named, " MF'er, F'in little B" and a few other choice words I don't care for being screamed in front of my kids!!

I mean I talk $hit, but not in front of my kids unless I've broken a bone or ruptured a vital organ LMAO

They said she screams obscenities like that every morning, and so I got them on the bus and walked to her gate. I said (holding my temper) " Joanne, could you please not scream obscenities like that while my children are standing right there next to your house waiting for the bus?"
THAT WAS POLITE!!!!
her reply you might ask?
"F U you F'in B, if you don't like it you never should have moved your little bastards onto my street blah, blah, blah"!
I laughed and walked to my truck!

So, I see she is down there talking to a cop right now, Gee, I wonder who could have called the law on the F'in B!!!!!!!

If she has that many animals in her premises, perhaps an "anonymous" call to the Animal Warden may be in order as well? Most municipalities have limits to exactly how many animals can be in/on one property.

Because of my line of work, I am constantly reminding the people I am with to watch their language. I don't know why cops have such "colourful" language, but they always seem embarassed and contrite when I point out the new vocabulary words they are teaching little kids. Granted, most of the kids we are around know the words already, but no reason to encourage them to think that it is okay to just scatter them throughout their daily conversations.

Maybe you could contact the bus shop and have the stop moved to a different area if her language doesn't improve. I know that if my bus kids had to listen to that I would personally request a change..( i drive a bus k-12th)

There is, the limit is 5 cats and 3 dogs per 5 acres. unless you have livestock, then tecnically you can have 3 dogs per livestock! No more than 3 dogs and 5 cats without a kennel licence and to get one of those you have to have a minimum of 10 acres and pay $750. non refundable licence fee.

But when I call animal control they cannot enter her premisis without her permission because it is gated and signed, and she wont come out to greet them. They also say as far as the cats are concerned there is nothing they can do, what I will hear from the law is that there is nothing they can do because she is doing those things on her own property, but I can be a royal pain in the A$$ and call them every single time I hear her doing it HAHAHAAAAAAA

And on the bus stop movement, I could send them to the next street down to catch the bus but we are very rural and that is a long walk for them on a busy road, and they would still have to walk past her place and hear her crap on the way!!
My thought was goin to the county to request our road me "county maintained" so the bus would drive down our road and piss her off really bad!!!

Try the local Health Department then. I would imagine there must be some sort of hygiene laws in the area. Having that many animals would present a Health problem in the neighborhood. I would probably call the local Humane Society as well to come shut her down. They might be able to get a "Search Warrant" to enter her premises and then remove the animals and/or issue violations. I've seen it done in my neighborhood.

People like that whom violates Darwin's law of natural selection amaze me. Maybe one day all those cats will give her a staph infection and then eat her like I saw on CSI.

Years ago I called the pound about the cats because they come up to my property, terrorize my poor dog and get into my chicken coupe and tear up my chickens! They spray in hubby's garage and out out buildings and even the freakin cars when they can get into them! Eat the poor dogs foods and bother the horses, tear up my garden and yard, flowers, tree's, shrubs like it is their litter box!
I went out to shoooo the damned thinga away from my dogs and chickens and they will attack you like that is their territory!! So, the pound told me to shoot them because there was nothing they could do about cats!!
Since then the neighbor between us got a cat hating pair of dogs who kill the cats for being in the yard, and we shoot them when they come into the yard and wont go away when we shoo them!
So, she has this "Cemetary" in her front yard now, I swear to God there is about 100 little name plates and growing, and she still has so many that between us shooting them and the dogs tearing them up it has not made a dent!!
