    Default Leftover Cream of Wheat

    Anyone use leftover Cream of Wheat to make muffins? Seems like it ought to work...

    if you store it for left overs it will be a hard lump, try only to make what will be eaten. If you use it for muffins use it as a dry ingredient. or use it in a cream soup.

    A lump yes but with some added milk...it should turn back to "thinner" state
