Won a gift certificate at work to the Melting Pot
Yesterday, in a drawing at work, I won a $75 gift certificate to the Melting Pot. I'm so excited! I love fondue. I've never been to the Melting Pot before, but I've wanted to go for quite some time.

I've always wanted to go too but can't stand to spend the money. Instead we do fondue night at my friend's house and she makes delicious cheese fondue. Have fun!

Check out the prices before you go. Do not want to burst your bubble but look first and try for specials or lunch.

I, too, have heard it is wonderful, but expensive. I would think that $75 will put a fantastic dent in the cost, though! Congratulations!!

With drinks, a couple at the Melting Pot can expect to spend about $100, so a $75 gift cert is perfect.
They always have a "special for two" that includes a cheese fondue, an entree, and a dessert fondue. Those tend to be the best value for the full experience.
You're going to love it!

Did you know that a 4 year student paying $20,000/year who finances their education graduates with over $103,000 in debt to start? But a student who works and pays cash and takes 6 years to graduate ends with $6,300 in their pocket! So much for "getting a head start by financing!"

Dh and I love going to the melting pot.. Like the one of the other posters mentioned they do offer the "special for two" (we love it), also, I woud say sign up for their email, they send us unpublished promotions quite frequently, and if you stay in an area that has restaurant week, (the Melting Pot participates) then you get a pre-fix menu at $35 per person (3 fondues, butit pretty much the same as the normal menu). When Dh and I go for restaurant week, i think we spend around $80 including the drinks (non-alcoholic).
Hope you enjoy the Melting Pot
