    Yep my DH had to work. He works as a supervisor for an offshore overseas oil rig in Azerbaijan. He works a month straight, 12 hrs a day, 7 days a week then is home for about 3 weeks. So he's still over for another 3 weeks or so. Another LONG 3 weeks.
    I did get to have about a 40 second phone conversation with him though, which is what I usually get every few days. That was nice to wish eachother Merry Christmas.
