    Christmas
    and all through the house
    not a creature was stirring
    EXCEPT for my recently turned 10 year old who still believes

    I am so ready for bed but I'm waiting him out.

    It's a quiet Christmas Eve for us. For the first time in a long time, Hubby and I are here together, and no one else is around. We went to church, had a simple soup supper, read Christmas scripture, and quietly watched the beauty of the tree lights. The busy-ness of the holiday will come on Friday for us.

    My Dh and I are watching his favorite Christmas movie, National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation.
    Earlier we went to church and then had homemade pizza for dinner. Before dinner we lit the candles on the advent wreath and read scripture.
    My family is coming tomorrow.

    We did Christmas tonight...........What a mad house........5 kids and 6 adults..... I did all the cooking and clean up........six of them had to leave early......... They are packing up and moving in with me on Mon..........I will be by myself tomorrow...... I'll talk to my other 4 kids......... I'm so tired and I have to get up at 3:15 am to get my son up so he can take his fiancee to the airport..........
