    Smile Another Newbie From Indiana

Hello, everyone. I'm looking forward to getting to know all of you.

My name is Milly and I'm from NE Indiana. Now that the Christmas madness has passed, I can settle back a little and plan for a frugal 2009.

My husband and I are both retired, which gives me plenty of time to do the frugal things I could never find time for while I was working.

We have one daughter and SIL and two grand-daughters, ages 4 & 6. We also have a foster cat who appears to be becoming a permanent fixture in our household. Prior fosters have been able to find homes, but the economy being what it is, it's become harder to find families willing to take on another pet.

I belong to Freecycle in two counties (I'm kinda' on a border) and FlyLady. I'm a terrible pack-rat and both those sites help me out with my 'less is more' plans.

I'm going to spend some time reading all your posts before I start asking questions, so bear with me. Maybe the answers I'm looking for are already here!
