Cool What does your screen name mean?

I always love checking out message boards and looking at people's screen names. Some people are just so creative with them (among some of the creative ones I love here are madhen and manyhouseapes ) They just conjure up some great images of your homelife!

So I am curious, what does your screen name mean for you and how did you pick it?

I'm not so creative with mine. I'm a mom and I have 2 boys. Threw the z in there, just because it seems to fit my personality better than the s!

    Anyone else want to share?

I have 2 dogs, they are Belgian Tervurens. So I shortened the Tervuren to 'Tervs' and added 'for me' on the end!

Greebo is a fictional character (a cat who occasionally assumes human form) from Terry Pratchett's Discworld series.

Did you know that a 4 year student paying $20,000/year who finances their education graduates with over $103,000 in debt to start? But a student who works and pays cash and takes 6 years to graduate ends with $6,300 in their pocket! So much for "getting a head start by financing!"

I have ALWAYS been a roamer. I love to travel, walk in new areas, dream of places I've yet to see and so on. In late adolesence I spent a lot of time sleeping in my car, or whereever I happened to be. I couldn't seem to stay put. I would go back to my dorm or home only long enough to dump the backpack and repack it. (I would only take what I could carry.) I managed to earn myself the nickname "nomad" and my huge station wagon became the "nomadmobile". I don't do too much roaming at the moment as being a "responsible mom" is not so conducive to doing so, but I make sure to get my small treks in. I'm sure I'll do some extensive roaming in a few years when the boys are a little older. I'm saving some of my pocket money for an extensive summer trek that will take us whereever we end up. Anyway, even though I like to roam I have also ALWAYS like a home base. In true nomad fashion home base would be wherever my stuff is but having the children has helped me grow roots to this one place and I've learned to love having a non-mobile home base. Doesn't mean I don't get itchy though.

Mine is a nickname that my husband called me when we were kids. I was about 11 years old and he was older and I had a huge crush on him. So it meant the world to me when he called me SweetPea.

Nothing too original here. My best friend in college and I used to call each other by our "full" nick-names. Being Melisa Alison (as my mom calls me SO many times), it was not too far a leap to missyali.

I call my daughter and many of my kids at school this name too. Does he still call you Sweetpea?
