I need to do some tidying up as we are having people over tomorrow to celebrate. I have to run some errands and go to my principal's house for a get-together.
Enjoy your new desk!

My agenda today
Do my usual daily chores
Step away from the computer for awhile to get things done
Pick some broccoli for tonights dinner from the garden
Do some reading
Start sewing strips of fabric together to get started on my skill challenge.
Make some strawberry sauce for the crepes for dessert...and make the crepes as well.
I really need to take all of the totes of Christmas things back out to the building. They are crowding my space!
There's a few other things I need to get to but not sure that will happen, I get sidetracked easily.

Ahhhhh...Today is a wealth of possibilities as DH is going to go out and play for the day. I did make the mistake of saying DS#1 could have a friend over from 12 to 6 so that will limit me leaving the house during those hours.
If possible I need to get to the library and get a few things printed off so DS can finish his science project. That's really the only need to do. We did lots of our errand stuff yesterday. I have found some spots, while pulling out and putting away Christmas gifts, that I didn't find during the fall fling that really need gone through though. I will probably hit a couple of those.
Possibilities List:
~ fling
~ read
~ help DS#2 with his room
~ prep some from scratch dishes so that the ingredients are together and it makes them easy to cook when I'm working
~ figure out how to get some songs downloaded for the kids MP3 players
~ put on a pot of soup with the leftovers in the fridge
~ maybe I'll figure out how to start a blog
~ play computer games
~ hang out at the village
Today looks good! Hope eveyone else's does as well.

I go to PA tomorrow to visit a friend for 2 days so today is going to be spent cleaning up the house and packing. I have a catering later this week that I have to have 200 decorated sugar cookies for. I am baking the cookie dough for those today so that I just have to roll them out and bake them when I get back in town.

Today we have yet another meeting/appt. The boys have Odyssey of the Mind today. At least I think they do. We're going just in case. Other than that, it's all about folding & putting away laundry. I really need to clean up the office & figure out what I'm going to do with the coffee table. The general consensus is that it's in the way of playing the Wii

*run to Target for 2 bday presents and sweeper bags
*put away all the clean laundry from yesterday's laundry day
*do a quick pickup of the inside of the van
*do a quick pickup of the basement playroom

Today is looking like it will be a busy day.
I need to clean the bathroom and wash the towels.
I also need to work on the community calendar and briefs for this weeks newspaper (DH is editor).
I need to take DH lunch and then finish the billing at the office.
This evening, DH and I will have dinner at the office. I will stay at the office after dinner to help get the paper done. I think that the newspaper needs to be to the press by 10 p.m. so we should be home by then.Julie
