    Well we are renting an older mobile home at the moment. We are looking for land to build our dream retirement home. It's nice to see someone who owns their home free and clear. I can't wait to get there.

    bank owns my houses! I live in one and rent the others out! own lots of land though.. they are mine! all mine!! as long as I pay the property taxes.

    We built our house 30 years ago (sweat equity!), and had it paid off in 5 years. So we've owned for 25 years without a mortgage!! Whoooo Hooooo!!!!!!!!
