Brenda glad you are ok....... My sister did it to us. We were on our way to N.D. for our mother's funneral. It was her turn to drive and she was using cruise control. Instead of backing off on the gas pedal she steped on the breaks.....She hit a patch of black ice and put us down a 30 foot embankment........We should have rolled.......we didn't. The only damage to her car is we had th rear tire come away from the rim.. It was scary.........

Thank goodness you are okay but it is amazing that the car is also. I definitely agree that you must have had angels
all around you. Black ice is very dangerous and we had a man go off our road at the end of my property due to black ice. Take it easy and I am glad that everything is working out for you.

I still can't believe that I'm ok and my vehicle is not totaled.. the fear and reliving the accident will stay with me forever thats for sure...my left arm is really sore and swollen with a few bruises I have been taking ibprofen and using my homemade ice pack and hope that it's all cured by tomorrow night as I have to go back to work Sat..

I'm really happy that you weren't hurt badly. I was in a similar accident when I was a kid and I'll say it is very scarey.
