Hello
So glad to have found you.
Hubby is active duty military and we have 11 years until retirement. We have a HUGE goal ahead of us-but are dedicated to GETTING IT DONE. We actually started in 2008(pretty soon all the progress will be in my signature).
Our huge GOAL includes paying off both mortgages(we have a home that we rent out), all of my school debt, vehicles, loans..etc etc etc! And open a business(60k investment) in the Summer of 2009 and also have that paid off by Retirement. In the end, we hope everything is paid off when he retires-we can take a trip of a lifetime AND he has the choice to work with our business, or get a job in the field he's been trained in -if he wants. The key being if HE wants.
Military will luckily be taking care of the healthcare end of it- so that's helpful. And we have a very large re-enlistment bonus coming in 2010 that we will get 1/2 up front and the rest over a few years.
We're excited to be on board for the love and support -and can't wait to give it out to all of you too!
Samantha and Joe (Currently stationed in Groton,CT)
