Default Motivation please while im stuffy

Oh i knew i would end up with nasty sinus problems, while cleaning the basement. I even used a mask. Woke up this morning with my eyes swollen and a bloody nose. I went to bed around midnight, woke up at 6am and feel back to sleep and woke up around 4 this after noon. Now i have a sinus headache and wide awake. This won't stop me, i will call my doc for a antibiotic and nose drops in the morning. You gotta suffer some to get where you wanna be at. That would be a clean organized basement...

Sorry you're not feeling well. My grandmother has similar sinus problems. She swears by using Afrin nasal spray right before and right after doing a dusty job like that, and it usually helps her - maybe something like that could help you next time? Oh, and congrats on the organized basement!

The ENT surgeons I used to work for always recommended Sinus Rinse 2x/daily...it's at Walmart for about $20. Takes a little getting used to the sensation, but my H has terrible sinus probs and he finds it really really helps! Good for you for wearing the mask tho!!!

I have similar sinus problems due to my allergies. I use the Ayr Sinus Rinse whenever I start feeling stuffy. I used to get sinus infections about 2x a year. Since starting the sinus rinsing, I haven't had one in over a year now.

If you could kick in the pants the person responsible for your problems, you wouldn't be able to sit for a month.

Did you know that a 4 year student paying $20,000/year who finances their education graduates with over $103,000 in debt to start? But a student who works and pays cash and takes 6 years to graduate ends with $6,300 in their pocket! So much for "getting a head start by financing!"
