    Smile Now that is service

My daughter broke here glasses in half yesterday. She can't see very well with out them I was wondering what we were going to do. It takes a week to get new glass in.

So I stopped by the Eye doctor ( were we buy the glasses) to she if they could be fixed temporary until new ones arrived.

They put her lenses in a different pair of glasses and loaned them to us.

    Now that is service!

I knew there was a reason we bought our glasses there besides the free and easy adjustment and the free candy on the counter.

    Love our Eye Doc.

    Good on them!
If you could kick in the pants the person responsible for your problems, you wouldn't be able to sit for a month.

Did you know that a 4 year student paying $20,000/year who finances their education graduates with over $103,000 in debt to start? But a student who works and pays cash and takes 6 years to graduate ends with $6,300 in their pocket! So much for "getting a head start by financing!"

Oh now that's great! The place we get the kids glasses from does things like that. It could be replacing a screw that was lost or an entire arm until we can get new ones. All of their glasses are under warranty.

    What great service!

I know where you'll be going for any other glasses that are needed.

I too always tell it around when I get great service.

You sure don't see service like that much anymore. It seems that most places have forgotten what customer service is all about! I think its great that they went the extra mile to help you, and for such an important reason too.

    We already ordered them!

    A really cool pair too.

Daughter had to try all the glasses on to I think. Finally down to two, both with flowers on the side. Ones just like her old pair and the purplish ones.

She picked the purple/rose colored metal ones. They were cheaper too. They also had the most growing room. That's my girl.

Here glasses were no longer under warranty. She is in second grade now and got them when she was in kindergarten.

They replaced the screws on them a few times (as has the secretary at the school - she keeps a supply for the children just for this reason) They also replaced the ear piece when our dog had gotten a hold of them and chewed them. They adjusted those glasses a zillion, well a lot of times. And now the loaner pair.

    I'm impressed.
