Salmonella: Kellogg Halts Sales of Peanut Butter Crackers
The outbreak has now spread to packaged foods. If you buy these snack crackers for your brown bag lunches, be warned that they could be tainted.
"Cereal giant Kellogg has asked stores to stop selling its popular Keebler and Austin brand peanut butter crackers, as health officials reported two more deaths in the nationwide salmonella outbreak that is linked to peanut butter. "

I used to joke that nobody ever got Salmonella off of Doritos, but then Pirate Booty had their tainted batch. *sigh*
In this case, I'm counting the silver lining of peanut allergy.
