All I can say is that when I hear people complaining is that it will help our peach farmers because I know from Ag class that we need so many hours of cold to have a great peach crop. I hope we have one heck of a great crop next year. Just chilling out here in Central Georgia and waiting for all the mosquitos to die off.

GeorgiaMom, I'm looking forward to that peach crop already!! When do they usually ripen? I'll plan my trip south accordingly.
FYI, it's 14 degrees in NE Indiana today - warmer than it was in Atlanta yesterday. Go figure.

just cuz georgia is close to florida doesnt mean we get florida weather .... it regular gets below freezing during the winter months north of atlanta...

I know I'm late on this, its been too cold to do just about anything for me. Anything under 30 is just too cold IMO. LOL. It's 41 here now and supposed to have some frozen precip overnight. Hope it doesn't happen, people down here go crazy if ice or show is even PREDICTED, I hate it when the real thing happens.
