    Default Baby on the road

Had to meet the wife at her office to trade off the daughter. I have Bible study at 6:00 on Friday mornings, so I had to leave early at 5:40. Our usual routine is to meet at the church, but I had to photograph a house for a client today, so I met her at her office.

    Anyway...

Finally got to turn the baby's car seat around. She loves to ride in my hot rod truck, which has been named the Mongrel by my car buddies.

As you can see, she likes to drink and drive.

I read the title and thought, "Babies belong in car seats, not on roads!"

Glad to see you realized the error of your ways.

Now stop taking pics while driving!
If you could kick in the pants the person responsible for your problems, you wouldn't be able to sit for a month.

Did you know that a 4 year student paying $20,000/year who finances their education graduates with over $103,000 in debt to start? But a student who works and pays cash and takes 6 years to graduate ends with $6,300 in their pocket! So much for "getting a head start by financing!"

    Ah she's adorable!

How old is she? I know I'm going to irritate the hell out of some people by saying this, but you might want to consider turning her back around. Rearfacing is a lot safer and the 1 yr/ 20 pound rule is just an absolute minimum. The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends keeping them rear facing for as long as possible. You're a smart guy so I'll let you read all about it on your own.

(And stop taking pictures while you're driving! )

~She is sooooo cute! It's such a relief when you can turn the kids to front facing. They're much happier having a view!
And she is so lucky to get the front seat in a classic car. My dad has always had classic cars but since I'm the 4th of 5 children I always got stuck in the back and I mean way back. I have some nice memories of lying down in the trunk area of my dad's barracuda and watching the night scenery go by through the circular windows. Fun times.~

    What a sweetie pie!!

I remember the first week we switched Wesley's car seat to forward facing. We keep his car seat in the middle of the backseat and it was raining really hard, so we had the wipers going.Didn't think much of it until he upchucked everywhere because he had gotten motion sickness. SO BE CAREFUL OF UPCHUCKING BABIES!

Adorable. Paige out grew (length wise) her infant carseat by the time she was about 10 1/2 / 11 months old so her Dr. told us to go on and switch her. I loved it. The first time she was in the front facing seat she had a blast looking and giggling at everything, I'm sure your baby is doing just that as well.
