2009 calanders...
Where did you get yours? What does it look like? How much did you pay for it? Mine I got at my bank for free. It looks like painted pics of small children all year through. January is 4 small girls in ballet class. Very cute and of course free

I just bought one Friday, after finally finding one on discount for $5 instead of $17. (I refuse to pay full price for them.) It has a different cat for each month, one big photo and a couple small ones. Cute enough without being too cute.

We got one on our bag of dog food. It was a promo for the movie Marley and Me.
The other one I ordered from snapfish. All of the pics are of my kids, family and pets. It was free. I used some of my Coke Reward points for the calendar and a free shipping code to cover th shipping/handling.DD (19)

My dad sent me one from Rural King. I think it was free for him but definitely free for me. We don't have Rural King out here but I like their calendars. It was very nice of my dad to send me one.

We get one every year for free from our PUD. It has nature scenes from around the county.
DH also brought one home from work that he got from a vendor. It has scenes from around Washington. I am using this one to plan out our meals. I have through the first week of April scheduled. We inventoried the freezer and I wanted to use the stuff up and couldn't figure the best way to do it. So, I took the calendar and wrote things down so we have a good mix. This is the first time I have done this. It actually is pretty nice having it all figured out already. It was a big pain in the butt to schedule it all out though and figure out how to use the stuff up and not eat the same thing all the time.Beak-1996, Toad-1998, and Q-1998

I like to have mine with me at all times, so I don't have to wait until I get home to check something. So, I buy a little black WEEKLY (more room to write) pocket/purse calendar every year for $1.00 at Target or Dollar Tree and keep it in my purse. Every year I copy over birthdays and important things to remember from the previous year. Love that thing, makes my life so much more organized!

I bought mine at Barnes and Noble. It's a family calendar, complete with stickers for certain events and lines for every member of the family. It's from September 2008-December 2009. I like it a lot, particularly because it was magnetized and fits on the fridge, a central location to us all.

I got mine at the bank, too. It has local outdoors photos of trees, flowers, etc. It's okay, not great, but it was free!

We got ours free from DH's work. It is a Waste Management calendar, and I groaned when he opened the envelope, but actually I really love it! We get lots of WM swag...and while I won't carry the WM backback or water bottle, I do love the calendar!
They had kids of employees (I'm guessing they had a contest last year) draw pictures of WM employees working. It is all safety themed, and about recycling, etc. But they are crayon and colored pencil drawings from kids from the age of 5 to some really nice art by teenagers! It really is cute! (plus, it has his holidays already marked on it, which I like).Last edited by Momto2Boyz; 01-26-2009 at 07:35 AM.

We get our calendars free every year from DH's job. His boss has a ton printed up for customers. They are inspirational themed and have a really pretty landscape picture and a small little bible verse on each month.

This sounds like the same one that I have. I have used it for the past two years and love it. It is called " Mom's Family Calendar"
by Sandra Boynton.
It has different columns for each family member (up to 5). It is cute and whimsical. She writes the ryming hard board books for little ones.
We also got a free FTD calendar that has pretty pictures on it.
