Default Just a little update on my daughter's tonsils!

Well exactly 2 weeks ago today she had them out and as I posted on the forum last week that she was having a very tough time of it.

    She is doing really well.
Her pain is a LOT less and she is more or less back to normal regarding eating and drinking.
The funniest thing that she cannot drink but which I do understand is the freshly squeezed orange juice that I make every day. She used to LOVE it but now she cannot even smell the stuff.
I assume that she will eventually drink it again.

She went back to college today for an hour (she had to do an exam) and then we had to go into the city by car to get our cell phone subscription changed.
By the time that we were home, she was exhausted.

Thank you once again for all your good wishes for her (and for me) - they were greatly appreciated.

So glad to hear she is doing better! Will probably take a little while to get her energy back, but thank goodness the worst is behind her.

So good to hear I had 2 weeks off for mine, and once I was back at work I was back in shape right away. Hope it's the same for her!

Wow... sorry to hear she had such a tough time - glad the worst seems to be behind her.
