OK who sent Murphy here???

Because I DON'T want him and I am sending him packing.
I think he likes it here but I am sick of him.
He came to visit at the beginning of last year too so he must think it is an annual thing - IT IS NOT!
HE HAS TO GO!!!!

As I have posted before about my car, it was broken into and a part of the repair costs will have to be paid for by us. (OK I am almost coming to terms with that.)

A couple of days after picking up the car one of the front lights went out. $40 to get it fixed (had to get it fixed right away or risk a fine).

Yesterday I went into the car and wanted to reverse out and the parking sensors starting beeping like I had hit something (you DON'T want to know what I said at that moment).
I got out - nothing there.
Tried again. Beeping as if I was touching something.
Got out again - had a look - nothing.
They kept doing this constantly.
Now I have to go to the garage tomorrow morning to get them fixed.

While I was packing my grocery shopping into the back of the car I accidently bumped into one of the rear lights with a wooden crate and broke the rear light.
I will be getting that fixed tomorrow too. (Because of our wet climate I have to get it fixed as soon as possible so that no corrosion occurs.)

I don't even want to know what the cost of everything will be.
URG!!!!!!!
Do you think that Murphy doesn't like this car and is trying to pester me into buying another one?

In any case - this is NOT fun!!!!!

Sorry Murphy is bugging you again. Sounds like your wiring got messed up when your car got broken into.

Hopefully this will be the last trip to the mechanic for you. I'll be sending you positive vibes!

Ooops, I hope you didn't get him from me! I had to put 4 new tires on my truck (at a whopping $800) on Monday, but at least now he seems to be gone from my house! And luckily the tires were causing our alignment problem and it was nothing more serious!

Hopefully, you can get things fixed and send him packing!

I think Murphy has a few brothers. They all seem to be making their rounds.

Hope the repairs go easily and cheap on the purse.

I'm sorry about that...but Murphy hit my house in January...and killed my computer...so I had to send him out of the country~~!

murphy has plunked down on my couch here. I have dental work done and what was suppose to be $260 now is $890 - a nice old crown. I HATE the dentist and put it off as much as possible but it has caught up with me and beat me into the ground. I need a nice hot

Sorry Murphy is bothering you. I think he's got some siblings, and one is hanging around my house... actually my car. I have had a flat tire twice in the past month, (thankfully hubby was able to fix it both times) but it's looking like I might have it a third time. Darn aluminum rims.

Hopefully all the murphys leave us all alone for a while.

Murphy does seem to have a particular affinity for automobiles. I hope all the repairs are not too expensive and that Murphy stays away a good long time from you now.

Do you think there is an American and a European Murphy? Like Stan and Erik Murphy? and is there a Mrs. Murphy? And do they have kids? Junior, Dorothy and Peter Murphy? who have to have their dental work done and are training for their driver's licenses, ready to go to college?

I swear you must have sent him here! (JK) I think there is a whole damn family of Murphy people that just scatter out to cause problems!
I don't know what it is about Murphy and cars but he has been here for the last few months with us. Our heater core went out, it cost us a small fortune to have that fixed. Then my dd's car started acting up.
It still on warranty......but they thought it was just a little nothing. as of today its been at their shop 8 days for they to try and figure out what is going on with it. They have replaced the ignition, the battery, and now they are waiting for a starter to come in to try that. All I can say is I am so glad it has the warranty. She bought it used but it was still so new that they kept the new car warranty on it. It lasts another two years, and I am thrilled none of this will be costing her anything.
Lets send Murphy to the moon.......

I wouldn't be surprised if there were kids and lots of them. The Murphys seem to proliferate quite rapidly if you just go by how many people get visited by them on a regular basis.
