Default vinegar has changed my life.....

now i know what you are thinking..."geez...that girl needs to get out more often.." which by the way..IS true.... however....

ever since i have been reading about the 'virtues' of vinegar i finally went out and bought a bottle and added to my laundry...amazing....the whites are whiter..(i still do use bleach...but it has seemed to 'boost' it) the colors are brighter and the clothes just feel squeaky-clean....

then i added it to the dishwasher.... wow! the dishes are shinier! and for some reason they just look and 'feel' cleaner....

so my next project will be to mix up some home-made cleaning supplies and my house will be so bright and clean...that you'll gotta wear shades.....lol

big hugs to all of you !!!!!

LOL!!! This is so funny because a friend just the other day gave me the funniest look when I was going on about how much I love vinegar... guess I need to get out more too.

not only are my whites whiter and colors seem not to fade, but in my downey ball, my clothes are softer and static free!

Mixed with baking soda it bubbles and helps keep my drains clear. I use it on my floors when mopping them ....

    and,

mixed with oil and put on my salad... oh wait.... wrong forum. <wink>

If you mix water, vinegar, abd just a smidge of dawn dish soap and spray it one windows, wipe, and then BUFF you glass will SHINE.

I cleaned my entire house windows inside and out and it is so CHEAP.

Cancel the widex, vinegar works better!

i just used white vinegar from the dollar tree and poured it into the cup where you are supposed to add fabric soft in the washer....you have to add it to every load (like bleach or det).... if you don't have a set place i would add it to the rinse water like you do fab softner...

the dishwasher i put it where the 'jet-dry' goes.... i'm thinking i won't have to add that everytime... i will have to check that out...

    definately try it.....it's amazing !

that also reminds me when i had horses many years ago...we added apple cider vinegar to their feed every day and it kept the flies off them... seems it gets a bitter taste in their bloodstreams and the flies are 'offended' by it.... imagine a fly being offended by anything...

    anyway....it works great too !!!

pop some cinnamon gum in your mouth...clothespin on your nose...

you really can't smell it on your clothes or dishes so if you can get past the pouring stage...

come on....let it change your life.........

One of the reasons I love to use vinegar is because I actually LOVE the smell when I'm pouring it. Is that weird?

add me to the 'needs to get out more' club. i use it in EVERYTHING. i refilled my swiffer mop with it, i use it to spray down my counters in the kitchen and bath, i pour it in the toilet with baking soda, wash my windows, pour it in my fabric softener dispenser and the jet dry dispenser... we need the sams club membership just to keep up with all the bulk cases of vinegar i go thru! and youre right, once it dries, you cant smell it at all. i dont buy store bought cleaning products anymore, and im not afraid if the cats go pilfering thru my cabinets cuz i know theres nothing under there that will hurt them.
