Smile I celebrating I just aved $60 a year off of a bill

We were not getting some cable channels Hubby thought we were paying for. I called to check. We were suppose to be getting them. They also told me that were being over billed $5 a month.

So more channels now for less money.

Sorry about the title it should say "I'm celebrating I just save $60 a year off of a bill"

I saved $60 a year! I'm so excited. So is Hubby.

Good for you.....That's why I double check every bill that comes in....It's sad that it has to be that way. But I don't trust anything anymore. Where my money is concerned anyway.

Did you get money back for all that time you were paying for what you didn't get? Or did they only reduce your charge from this point on?

They just reduced the charge, well sort of. They said they we should have been in a different package that would saved us $5 a month. They didn't know why they hadn't put us there already.

When they swapped out our box the person actually plugged it into the wrong socket so the box didn't have our info. They fixed it with in seconds of me asking. The beauty of technology.

I always check my bills. Isn't it great when you get refunded? Every penny helps. I phoned the phone company about my cellular; they said that I used web browsing (or something like that) and I didn't. The charge was only 15 cents, but I phoned anyway and had the feature removed and money refunded. It all adds up over time!
