Well, they're going to buy our house!!
CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?????
You guys, this is a tiny town with no industry and no real reason to move here. Houses in our price range (260ish) take a long long time to sell..... this is so amazing....AND SO GOD!!!
It's going to be a private sale, we need to find a good real estate attourney. They told hubby that they are getting their financing in order and will give us a fair offer. They said that they felt our price was fair, so we anticipate a respectable offer. She is a teacher and doesn't want to move till school is over. That was one of our prayer requests too, that the boys could finish the school year out.
It's all happening so amazingly perfect. IT'S SO GOD!!
All the details still have to be worked out....but WHOOHOO!!!! We sold our house - I still cannot believe it!!
