    Default Cabin fever!!!

well, it happens every year. i think i get SAD.
but, alas......there is hope that spring is coming.....lol finally we had 2 warm days and most of the snow has melted and we can see grass!!!!! we haven't seen grass all winter with all the darn snow.........yeah!!! on wednesday it will be 49 degrees.........a literal heatwave after the terrible, terrible cold winter we had. (notice i didn't say have....i said had as in past tense......lol)

counting down now......usually in march we have some, not many, but some good days that will be a begining to our spring yard cleanup.....yeah!!!!.....to start a fire in our pit and be outside.....can't wait....then getting my hands in the dirt......we love gardening!!

anyone else as sick of being stuck inside????? let me know!!! revel with me....be optimistc........lol

Oh yeah, I'm right there with you...cold, grey, tons of snow and ice can't go out because I'm trying to save money and it's a pain to get 4 kids bundled and out the door. Unfortunately, there is no relief on the radar it is snowing as I type this and we are expecting a week full of snow. BUT it is supposed to climb into the 20's and 30's so that will be a nice break. I usually get some of my seed catalogs about now and I read them over and over it seems to help with the February doldrums!

I'm so ready for Spring. Here in Western Maine I'm sick of the cold and snow - let the THAW begin. It was 40 yesterday but back to 20 today.

don't worry rosey...we are all still here...we're just frozen to the ground that's all...

got my seed packets purchased...been eyeing a place to get them started inside...i want to do it today...but i guess that's a little too early yet....

doesn't help that we hit 70 today (hey-its indiana...not florida) NOW we are all spoiled and when it turns cold again (like next week) we aren't going to handle it very well....ugh.....
