Default Do you crave just a bite of something sweet....

after each meal? I do and I'm really trying to fight it. It doesn't have to be a full blown dessert, just a nibble of sweet.....sigh. Anyone else?

Yep, but I've found that a cup of hot tea with sweetner in it will do the trick. I have some tea that is chocolate-mint flavored, I add a bit of sweetner and a touch of non-dairy creamer and it's a wonderful treat.

Yes, I am a sweet-a-holic . We are big ice cream eaters so we usually have a bowl of ice cream in the evenings.

ooh yaa cocolate or cinnamon both are my downfalls. Mine is worst if the meal has been salty. I curb mine with a tootsie roll.

When I'm at work and stressed and not ready for lunch to be over is when I need MnMs, generally peanut, because it has sweet and salty.

I can pass on most deserts, except for chocolate - i am definately a choco-holic!! And nobody else in my immediate family likes so I have to watch it or else I'll eat way too much.

But when I was growing up (again in New England - Mass) my mom served desert after lunch and after dinner. My DH never was raised like that - so took me awhile to get over having deserts at meal time - now just special occasions.

I also have to have just a little something after each meal. Usually chocolate. My downfall. I really have to cut back on my sugar one of these days......
