I'm new...hanging out here in Massachusetts!
I just happened upon this site while researching frugal living.
I am a preppie (a preparedness fan), and though I love the Mormon websites on storage and stockpiling, I was looking for something a little different. This looks like a fun site!
I'm 48 (How did that happen?), have a beautiful 11 year old daughter, and am partnered up with a great guy. I'm a Buddhist, a special ed teacher, and I also teach meditation to kids sporadically.
I love to knit, and have a lot of yarn stockpiled, as well as the usual stuff! Reading is also a huge pastime for me, and I am spending wa-a-a-y too much time on the news sites online these days, when I should just have a nice book in front of me. Not much TV, but sometimes NCIS or Law & Order: Criminal Intent.
I love to cook. I love color. I love being outside.
