Nice weather is good for the budget!
It's been so warm and pretty here this week! Yesterday it hit 60 degrees. I turned off the heat and opened all the doors and windows to air out the house. I struggled all day with wanting to put laundry out on the line. I'm supposed to be "off my feet and resting" and not doing any lifting so I decided against it. But today I can't stand it anymore LOL. I want sheets on the bed tonight that have been dried outside on the line! I just can NOT pass up a pretty day and dry those clothes in the dryer!
As soon as it gets warm enough today the heat it going off and the windows are coming up again!S

While I am all for following orders, there is nothing like lying down to sleep on sheets that have been dried on the line. At this moment, mine are in the dryer due to the rain. It has been a cold winter here. It makes a big difference on utility bills depending on the weather. We have stuck to keeping the house sixty degrees during the day and fifty two at night. During the ice storm, we found that the mid-fifties was quite comfortable so we have something to think about for next winter.

I can't wait for the weather to get warmer so I can open my windows and doors. That will help me get into my spring cleaning mood.

All this week down here on the coastal area we've been in the lower 80's for the high and the lower-mid 60's for the lows. We are enjoying and loving every minute of it. I'm extremely happy not having the heat or a/c on and the bills low. The whole house is opened up, all windows and all doors.
Be sure you rest and take care of yourself! Enjoy the warm weather you are having.

The weather has been warmer here until today. Now it is once again snowing and cold 8 degrees. I am really getting depressed about the weather and want spring to come sooo bad.

It's been a very productive day! So far I have six loads of clothes on the line and a load of dishes in the dishwasher. I have dinner in the crockpot (venison steak with mushroom soup and onions) and I baked a double batch of pumpkin chocolate chip muffins. Then I decided while I had the oven on I would make a couple of batches of Chex mix to snack on this weekend so I have that in the oven now.
I'm very tired and will probably regret all this tomorrow LOL. I'm going to take it easy the rest of the afternoon, take my pain meds and put my feet up!S

It's supposed to be warm again tomorrow here but we have a 90% chance of rain. Then it's all downhill from there. 40's and rain on Saturday, upper 30's with mixed precip on Sunday and then 30 on Monday with snow. I actually LIKE winter and the cold temps. It's just the way it's supposed to be here LOL. And this warm weather is unusual for us in Feb. but I will take it LOL. It's definitely helped improve my mood this week! And I love being able to open up the house and air it out after someone has been sick.

We are enjoying our spring like weather. I've got the windows open to air out the house and I've got no ac/heat running. I'm having hubby put up a line for me outside this weekend, so I can start drying things on the line.

I wish I had your weather here! It has been raining off and on for the last couple of weeks. Most of me is really happy because we are in dire need of the rain in California. But then a little part of me wishes I could be working in the garden and hang drying my clothes on the clothesline!!

I would welcome rain right now. It would then wash away all the snow and it would mean it is warm enough to rain!
