    Default Please pray for me

Please pray for me. Im have been not feeling well latley. Since my gallbladder sugery 2 years ago, i have never been the same, the doc sent for a cat scan tuesday. It shows i have a cyst on my ovary and on my kidney. my pancreas is inflamed also. My doctor agreed i do look sick, he scheduled me for a gastro doctor, that normally takes 2 months to get into thats 3 hours away, he just so happen to be in town and agreed to see me at my doctors office. I go monday for a mri and they want to do a scope to look at my pancreas liver and spleen and to make sure there no ulcers. very thing i eat goes straight through me so my calcium, iron and vitiam B is all low. Wbc is high. So if you don't see me here often thats why.

Ask them to check you for celiac disease while they are doing the scope. They take samples from your small intestine.

The "everything goes straight through" is something that happens in celiac. Since they're doing the scope anyway, it's a good idea to have them check that.

Celiac is a condition that is triggered in genetically susceptible people in times of stress, either physically or mentally. People develop celiac during or after illness, surgery, divorce, or other life changes. I developed it after I had mono. You can develop it at any time in your life.

They know so little about genetics and celiac that most people at risk of it have no idea that it's something that they can develop.

I could go on and on about all of this, but the best thing to do is google celiac disease and see if maybe some of the symptoms fit. But with your food going right through you, I'd have them check that no matter what. Because if you've just developed it recently, you may not have many of the other symptoms.

I hope you get some answers and start feeling better soon.

"everything goes straight through me" also happens frequently to someone who's had their gall bladder removed. Has your dr. not given you any meds for this? I hope you get some answers and they can help you get lined out. There's nothing worse than feeling sick all of the time.
