Speaking of style....
This is what people from the 1930's thought we'd be wearing around the year 2000. LOL!
I have to say, my dh would look spiffy in that man's outfit at the end!

Looks more like Buck Rogers' costumes! There are, at sf conventions these days, panels like, "What happened to my jet pack?" etc. talking about what technology IS doing as opposed to what was predicted it'd be doing. For example, I know one technologist who's still trying to find ONE sf writer who predicted the net. (He hasn't found one, yet.)

What a trip!
They might have gotten the male jumpsuit wrong, but not about how males would have a phone and radio (ipod now) on them.
I liked the first dress with the adjustable sleeves, I thought that was a good look.
Also, the thing about women in pants!
I wish we women had a belt that would adjust our tempature to be comfortable at all time... my feet are cold right now.
Thanks for sharing the moment of levity.

I loved that. Pretty funny. Too bad I can't wear my electric headlight while driving my flying car.

The see-through dress of netting is fairly indicative of some of the scandalous attire celebrities wear! Those sandals were spot-on as a modern design, too.
