Heat Off
Yeah

I turned my heat off this morning... hope it stays warm enough to keep it off.

Woo hoo. Hope you can keep it off. Our house doesn't even have heat. The nights it got really cold here we used the electric blankets.

gosh i know! we havent had the heat on for almost 2 days. and i dont see us turning it back on for several more days (if i can help it!).
i love this... i can open the windows, get fresh air & a tiny bit motivated to clean! LOL

We'll be heating a couple of months yet at least. Last year, we had the heat on till mid-June.

Today is the second day I've had mine off. I doubt it will stay off since we can get snow into April sometimes but every day that's it off is nice!

I was thinking this morning too it's not long until AC season. So far, just fans. I opened the front windows and patio doors to let the gale blow through and cool the apartment before I went to bed. It's around 80 right now.

Well ours isn't off but i have it turned down to 66 and only heard it kick in twice since i have been up today. Ughh I can't wait till it can be shut off till fall again.

Have had mine off for a few days. Actually got outside today to begin the spring clean up in the yard. /and love having the windows open. Weird, just had snow last week! Ah well, spring in Alabama!

My heat is still on but I have hung up my laundry outside already. It was dry and windy and so it worked.
Here's to many sunny and warm days in our future and a decrease in those electric bills YES!

YEAH! We didn't use any heat today either. DH just went and started up the wood stove because it will still be quite chilly overnight.

We're just grateful it's finally warm enough that the heat pump is running instead of burning propane by the ton.
