I don't collect anything, I don't really like "things" that just sit around....except for dust, I have a nice collection of that at times.

I use to collect anything with snowmen on it. I have now began to lessen the collection and I am only going to keep those that my son bought me. I also collect anything old for the kitchen BUT I use my kitchen things. For example I have a set of 3 Anchor Hocking bowls (green) and use them everyday, enamel ware bowls, used daily.

I used to collect more stuff, till I realized I had to clean it all. Now most of my collections are functional like Debbie's. Stuff like my cast iron cookware that gets used all the time, or my Wagnerware aluminum stuff.
I have a very small collection of cobalt glass things that sits above my kitchen sink, where it can conveniently be tossed into the dishwasher when it gets dirty.
We collect small pins when we travel, which are then displayed on a quilted map.
We collect wildlife things that go with our cabin/lodge decor.
We do collect pets, but only because collecting children got to be too expensive.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Ty Beanie Babies (haven't gotten one in months -- saved: about $8 per month).
T-shirts (haven't boughten one in months -- saved about $16 or so per shirt. Course, if there's a chance for a free t-shirt, I might consider it...)
Rubber stamps & stamping stuff... been saving a lot of money on that.
Pens and Post-It's ... saved a lot 'cause I haven't been buying many, but still need to do better about not buying...

Nothing. I'm afraid I never saw the point. And they would be a mess because I'm sure I wouldn't dust them.

I collect snowglobes. I don't buy a lot of them, but I do have several. My husband collects penguins. We have a "penguin shelf".

pam- only have 2 cats now but i would have ALL the cats if i could...and i love dogs too...had a blk lab for 18 yrs (vet said it was un-heard of for one to live that long...lived on love he said...and my other cat was 20 when he died...both died a few yrs ago).....also used to have horses...love horses....moved to the city....boo.....
dh says when i am old and he is dead i am going to be one of those 'crazy cat ladies' and they will come in and find me and 1000 cats living in my one-room house and i will be sitting there in my rocker and they will be climbing all over me and i will have a name for each and every one and they will all adore me as i adore them..... what a scene huh??? sad thing is....he's probably right.....lol
