I need about 7 hours and my fan running for a good night's sleep. Although lately I wake up tired. I think it may be my bp meds.

Plus some of us work overnights. I personally work from 11pm-7am. So, I am only online at "ungodly" hours of the night!
I need 8-10 hours of sleep a "night."

8-10 hours for me. I usually hit the bed at 9 and wake up at 5ish during the week for work, but weekends, I'll do a full 12 hours and then some. I was known to sleep for 24 hours when I was a teen...can't do that anymore, but I still need quite a bit of sleep.

I try to get 8 hours but that rarely happens. I imagine when the kids move out and/or the grandbabies are grown I will get back to that

I feel best when I get 8+ a night but I am able to function on around 6. I nap a lot on the weekends too. I have always needed a good amount of sleep...even when I was younger.

I need 8 hours sleep to function well. Sometimes on the weekends I'll sleep up to 10 hours.
