    Default I'm new :)

    Hi Everyone,
    I have been lurking for a long time but finally decided to join. I copied and pasted this list of questions from the sticky.

    How did you hear about frugal village? I googled the word "frugal"

    What interests you here? Saving money, saving time, meeting people who think like I do

    What will you contribute? Well....let's see...I have lots of experience gardening, preserving food, vegan cooking and baking, probably more that I'm not thinking of right now.

    Do you know any other members here? No

    How many kids? Ages? Three kids, ages are 36, 33, and 30

    Tell us about yourself. I'm quiet, kind of shy, generally content. I really dislike shopping and only go to town once a month for groceries and wish I didn't have to go that often I often have to take my mom to doctor's appointments though. I speak a little Spanish; got about 1/2 of a degree in Nutrition but had to put that on hold. I give seminars in vegan cooking and healthy lifestyle. I don't enjoy traveling. We traveled all over the US because of DH's job for 15 years so I'm ready to stay put! Homeschooled the kids through high school.

    Do you own any pets? A golden retriever-mt feist mix named Lady

    Occupation? Partner in a daylily nursery with DS and youngest DD

    Married or single? Married

    Interests and hobbies? All-time favorite is birding. I also like singing and playing the piano, reading non-fiction, gardening, wildflowers, experimenting with recipes to make them vegan and healthy, and much more.

    I look forward to making some new friends on this forum.
