Tastes of your Childhood

A cheese and mayo with fresh from the garden tomato sandwiches with a tall glass of iced tea. I had this for lunch all the time in the summer when I was young. I can't remember the last time I had one since I haven't lived anywhere to have a garden in years.

There are a few things that stick out for me.
- My grandmothers pot roast. We used to eat at her house every Sunday and this is one of the meals that stick out to me.
- Tomato sandwiches with tomatoes from our garden
- My grandmothers pancakes that she used to make me
- My granny used to always have those little after dinner butter mints on her coffee table. I would sneak those and sip Pepsi that she always had at her house.
