Have you met...
or do you know any fellow Villagers? forHISglory's post about helping cmdarlin got me to wondering. As far as I know I don't know anyone here personally, but would love to find out another member lived very near me.

cmdarlin and I met years ago thru a fan club. We have been to each others homes and I am in Canada and she is in Missouri. We actually travelled to SC and got married a day apart there almost 9 years ago. She is as much my sister as my real sister!

No one here but I have met 2 posters from another board I go to and have talked on the phone to an online friend in England (she is my first online friend ever) and a couple from here in the states all from other boards. I've not been here long enough to really get to know anyone. I'd sure like to though.

I haven't met anyone but I did find out (through back and forth PM's) that homesteadmamma and my son are cousins (she is related to my ex-husband). I thought that was really cool!

That is cool! I haven't met anyone from this forum, but I'm crossing my fingers that Debbie will some day come back to Ontario, move to my city and move into my neighbourhood (I'd prefer same street, but walking distance would do). We need to share my infamous blueberry coffee.

bridge and i are meeting for the first time tues.....doing lunch...taco bell or going for a walk...we can't decide....we are gonna let the weather decide for us...
then friday we are going to do a 'town-wide' garage sale together (if she can still stand me after meeting me in person...) lol....
we talk regularly thru our 'personal' e-mails and have talked on the phone... we should have met two weeks ago but i decided to lock my keys in the car that day.....
