I am not being a wise-acre here, but CHANNEL that energy into something positive. Grab a pick and a shovel and go dig yourself a root cellar. My dh has OCD and when he "gets" like that, I send him outside with an all-consuming, tiring, project and it does a fine trick of wearing him out *and* accomplishing something wonderful in the mean time.

Yes, I know you have pancretits, but you still need to do something constructive with your time.

I will be praying for you. It can sometimes take 2 weeks for meds to level out. This is a constant issue around here. I am bipolar as well. Remember you are not alone in your struggle. If you need to chat feel free to contact me.

Sending hugs your way. Remember, you have an illness. Just like people with high blood pressure or diabetes, you need the meds. You are coping well to take DD prom shopping during your readjustment.
