Making Ends Meet During the Great Depression
Seems to me that all of us here love reading about the Depression. Well I came across this, and I thought it was great! I hope you guys think so too! Lots to read and link up to also.

Thank you for posting this. I'm so glad that people are taking the time to record this generation's stories for us, before they are gone. They have so much dignity and modesty even though they have lived through tougher times than I can imagine; it really moves me.

What a wonderful read! I feel like I live in a mansion now...and since I have a room full of fabric and patterns (I worked a year at Joann Fabrics!!), I'm thinking I have PLENTY of projects to keep me busy for at least the year....this article has inspired me to 'gussy up' the place a bit!
