We are having Easter dinner on Saturday. (I'm a church musician and very busy Sunday). On the actual Easter, we will either have l/o from Sat or DH will grill -- depends upon the wind that day.

The only thing I know I am doing for certain on Easter is slow cooking a brisket on the grill. Haven't decided what sides I will do with it.

We're eating at my inlaws for Easter, so I'm going to make a cake and take it with us. I still got my free turkey at the store today, so that'll be saved for Thanksgiving.

I really don't have anything planned. We usually don't have any big plans. I may make a ham and some mashed potatoes, corn, and dinner rolls for the boys and I. But nothing really big here.

I'm going to make a ham that I bought on sale a few weeks ago and stuck in the freezer. We'll also have green bean and sweet potatoe casserole.

In the Italian tradition we will have a frittata for breakfast made from eggs ricotta and hard italian sausage. and homemade bread. For dinner it will be a smorgasboard of Baked Ziti antipasta and grilled meats. For dessert italian pastries. It will probably be a 10,000 calorie day but of well its a holiday

We have a ham that is being smoked by a local grocery store. So all I have to do is make the sides. Potato salad, rolls, deviled eggs, and baked beans...and some sort of dessert.
