HR 875...What do you know about it?
I heard on the way to work this morning about HR 875 that would make organic and backyard gardening more "controlled". I didn't get all of it as I was changing stations and just caught the tail end. Does anyone know of more info on this?
OK...I am off to google to see what I can find.

Yes, it's one of those catchall-stupid as heck-no reason for it bills that is so badly worded it will end up causing the same problems as the CPSIA. Just as direction and intentional wording was left out of the CPSIA bill and caused the problem, this one will open up several cans of worms.
And yes I've read the bill, it has the potentional for harming the small farmers and the farmer's markets because of it's ambiguity.The democracy will cease to exist when you take away from those who are willing to work and give to those who would not. -Thomas Jefferson
