I found my first gray hair
OMG! Just about a couple weeks ago I was talking about my age and how I have never had a gray hair. I should have knocked on wood saying that and bragging about how good my hair looks. lol
Lord and behold, I was brushing my teeth and looked up in the mirror and there it was! One of those short/wirery/curly thingies popping out from my bangs. And no I didn't pull it.
I decided I earned it. I blame my teen. Not really. Okay.....maybe?
Just trying to make myself feel better. Gah, I hate getting old.

You're killing me. I've had gray hair since my early twenties. I just color color color.

I remember finding mine in my mid-late 20's. I wouldn't mind them so much, but they are all curly unlike the rest of my hair, which is pretty straight.

Mine are silver, rather perty I think. I didn't start getting any until about a year ago. I'm a wimp when it comes to coloring. I bought a box once and finally threw it away after it sat in my bathroom closet for 2 years. I just can't see doing that every few weeks. I earned mine too, I work with all men. Sorry fellas.Congrats BTW.

I have grey coming into my facial hair. I look as if I just ate a powdered donut.

My dh has had gray hair since his mid-twenties. He is now 41 and almost totally gray, including his facial hair.
I started getting them in my early thirties. I color my hair to hide them because my hair is naturally very dark and they REALLY show up!S

I received my first gray hairs at the age of 22. Starting a family with nothing can do that.

My mom found my first gray hair when braiding my hair when I was in jr. high. She yanked it out to inspect it and verify it's authenticity...then explained I shouldn't pull them out cuz it'll make them multiply. Needless to say I was distressed by this since it was already out!
She made things better by saying my head was so full my brains didn't have space and were coming out to breathe. I'm sure that's your problem too...all your wisdom leaking out for everyone to see.

Wow. I had grey hairs starting at 21. I know they're grey because they're more wirey than the rest of my hair and well, I'm guilty of plucking them at the start. I gave up trying to cover them with hair dye because it takes the dye two weeks to uncover more greys.

LOL...really early aged gray hair runs in my family. Both our teens have, yep, GRAY HAIR!!!! Ds is now 19, and he sparkles gray among his beautiful black head of hair. It's really cool looking. Dd is less impressed with it.
Isn't it just a hoot? LOLOL

I remember when i was 17 I was at the hairdressers and she told me I had grey hairs. I had blonde hair at the time, so I didn't notice them. I don't colour my hair regulary now, so they fade in with the rest of my hair.

I'm another that had grey hairs popping up by the time I was in my late teens/early twenties. I used to color over them since my hair is so dark, but lately I've given up.
