    Talking Howdy neighbors!

Happy Tuesday! Yeah I'm a little late but heck, it's never too late for happy LOL!

Today at work was better. The boss didn't show up ROFL! I was up most of the night with my stomach so I worked until 1, then came home for a nap.

We got up to snow on the ground this morning! Mid 70's on Sunday, snow on Tuesday! No wonder my allergies are nuts.

I have to get busy and get a meal plan together for the days I work. It's so hard to come home and then try to think of something to cook! And I never leave the crockpot on all day if noone is home!

Hope you all had a great day!

What about a casserole that can just be zapped in the microwave? We do that sometimes.

Soup and sandwiches or if you get some meals ready on Saturday or Sunday then you can just throw them in the oven when you get home? I know what it is like but now that I haven't been working it is easier. When I get back to work, I now know the tricks and will definitely be using them!

I was laughing when I originally read your post... I saw this:
Today at work was better. The boss didn't show up ROFL
Then my eyes scanned to the next line and I saw this:
    nap.

I seriously thought maybe you were napping on the job! Glad to see that you didn't though...that would be unprofessional of you, even if the boss wasn't around! At least you got a day off from the boss!

I agree with casseroles, they are great to make and keep in the fridge, then just pop into the oven. Soup and sandwiches are good too. If you don't want to make a big pot of soup, you can always buy it canned to save you time!
