Yea! Congrats! We bought an $80K house 6 years ago and it was the best decision we ever made! We couldn't pay less in rent than we pay for our mortgage!

Just curious what kind of interest rate are you getting?
for 80,000.00 on a thirty year loan at 5% the payment would be 429.46
a month no taxes or insurance.
Sounds like you would be getting a super low interest even with your recent forclosure. From the sounds of what you pay now for rent you will have a more than comfortable payment.Married 22 years to Mark

Good luck. In our area houses have not gone down much at all but I've read that they have really bottomed in other areas of the country. I wish you good luck and congratulations. Just make sure you get a "fixed" rate.
