    Default So its really going to happen....

    it looks like we are going to start house shopping:shock: 2 yrs ago we lost our house to foreclosure and we have really been struggling ever since.Well houses here have hit an extreme low!!! The house next door to me just sold for $32,000.00 when just last year they in the high $100's to $200's...so anyways...I have like the BEST Mom ever and she wants all of us kids to make sure we buy houses now. My sister was just approved and my brother bought a few months ago. My Mom offered to cosign for us but we found out she would have to do it on her own basically. She spoke with the loan officer and he gave us a preapproval letter for up to $120,000.00 we will NOT be going that high. We currently pay $1200 a month rent to DH cousin....our payment on an $80,000 house will be $350 P&I plus around $200 escrow acct. I am so excited and so nervous all at the same time!!! I will start shopping with a realtor either this weekend or early next week.
