Smile I can move my neck again!

After a VERY long week of pain, I woke up Friday and was able to move my neck a little. I went to work and just took it easy all weekend. One muscle in the back of my neck is still a little sore but I can move it now.

The muscle relaxers they gave me really messed with me. I had the most horrible dry mouth for days and they made my vision blurry. I was so glad to get off of them!

I'm trying to do what I need to, but take it easy at the same time. I don't want to EVER have to go through that again!

Hate to hear of your pain and am glad that you are getting better. Don't push it too much!!

May I suggest an orthopedic pillow? It helps align your neck vertebrae. I had a bulging disc in the neck years back after shoveling to the wood pile, all the drugs did nothing. I finally went to Kmart and bought one of these pillows. Within a few nights my neck was better. It was under $20. It has a dip in the middle. One end has a larger rounded edge and the other end is a smaller rounded edge. The larger is for side sleepers and the smaller is for back and stomach sleepers.
