**Update on my house offers
Ok so we put in 3 bids on Friday. One of them was like a dream come true but I truly thought never ever will they even look at my offer it just won't be enough. The house is gorgeous inside and out...fruit trees, great neighborhood everything. Well realtor called today and the bank did a "multiple" counter offer. I go back this afternoon to sign their counter and hopefully from there we will be chosen!!! The only thing they changed from our offer was the home warranty...they won't pay for that but I will out of pocket it's worth the $380.00. especially since they are willing to pay the closing costs and the termite inspection. I am so excited and so scared and in absolute shock. I know that if it is meant to be it is meant to be so.....now we just wait again. They countered back with in 48 hours so by the end of the week we should know for sure. I could really use some good in my life!

I liked that one alot when you put the three of them up! Congrats, I hope they take your counter offer!
I'll cross my fingers for you! The home warranties can be a great thing, just in case. So, I wouldnt' let it be a deal breaker, especially since you can pick it up and pay for it yourself! It'll be worth it if the furnace or something were to go out in that first year!

**Update**
They requested proof of funds if the house under appraises....it will not under appraise for sure!!!! But they wanted to see proof of funds so they now have that and the agents seem to think I will know tomorrow.
I am trying not to stress because now I am sick on top of it all
