    Default ***Final update on my house offer***

    They accepted the other persons offer!!! We are all quite disappointed. I know everything happens for a reason and there is something else out there for us....maybe even better!! I have been thru this and the chances of getting the first house you offer on is next to never. I even offered $21,000 over the asking price...just wasn't meant to be!!! Thanks all for the prayers and good vibes all week!

    I am so sorry they didn't accept your offer. You do have a good attitude though that everything happens for a reason and the right house will come along!

    Sorry to hear that...it's so heart sinking when that happens. It happened to DH and I TWICE...

    Then we got the one we finally bought for 25,000 less than we'd offered on either of the other two..and in a better neighborhood too!

    It really does happen for a reason..chin up!
