    Default So I have been MIA since my house offers fell thru

    mainly because it seems all my life consists of anymore is "hunting" for houses to go see. The inventory in my arewa is so depleated and its really getting harder and harder to find something. I have now made 6 offers in 2 weeks I am currently waiting on responses on 2. I found a house I absolutely adored last night but later just before offering found out it couldn't go FHA cause it needed carpet upstairs. This is the problem I am having...most Repos are so thrashed FHa won't fund I am trying to be patient....some days are hard though. I will be going to look at 2 more tomorrow before DS birthday party!
    I just wanted to share I guess!

    Well, hopefully you will hear something positive on the two you are waiting on. That's horrible that you couldn't get the one you loved....just for no carpet?! That seems a little extreme that FHA is that picky. Good luck in your search!

    sorry its so rustrating... fha can be a pain ! can you get a 203b loan from them? thats what we had to do it like a rehab/purchase loan the process is a pain in the you know what but in the end we were able to fund a really messed up repo and get it all fixed up at once. pm me if you want to talk specifics

    So I made 2 more offers yesterday which means I now have 4 pending!! My goal for this week is to stay away from the computer and get THIS house back together.Since I started shopping for houses everything here has fallen behind...laundry, cleaning, my gym workouts and my eating habits!!! I really hope one of these houses is it!!!!
